Abby is a physical therapist, sports medicine leader, and coach. Born in Storrs, CT, she chased her older brothers around the yard and was raised to believe there is nothing she can’t do. She grew up a multi-sport athlete and dedicated her high school career to alpine ski racing, track and field, and soccer. She played Division 1 soccer at Dartmouth College (NH) and later coached at Drake University and clubs in Iowa and New York. She is an outdoor enthusiast, athlete, and mother of 2 girls.
Abby created 1014 Sports Group to showcase the ways that sports can provide transformational growth, support, and valuable life skills to young athletes.
