Empower and Elevate Leadership Programs

Female high school athletes in all sports battle each day to balance the demands of school, sport, and life. Whether or not each individual chooses to continue her athletic career after graduation, each and every young woman has immense gifts worthy of development and appreciation. Empower and Elevate leadership retreats intend to do what the name suggests and provide a supportive environment for discovery, discourse, and dialogue. Featured speakers, programming for athletes, teambuilding, and growth are on the agenda at these special events, offered as single day seminars or overnight retreats at various times of the year.
